Service Charge and Management at Stapehill Abbey
The Principle objective is that the buildings, visual private areas, communal environment and SANG that form the Stapehill Abbey Development are maintained to a reasonable standard for the future prosperity of the scheme.
The service charge will include the following items of expenditure:
Landscape & Gardening, Roads and Footpaths Maintenance, Electric Gates Management, Communal Electrics, TV System Management, Drainage, Intercom System Management, Insurance for Common Areas and Lake, Lift Contract, Lift Phone Line, Cleaning, Fire Testing & Annual inspections, Common Water, Window Cleaning External only, Gutter Cleaning, Ecology Management, Website Management, General Items, General Sinking Fund, Accountant fees & management fees.
In addition to the above the service charge will allow for any other item of reasonable expenditure in accordance with good estate practice.
